well i was pretty much awake the whole tidy and therefore i think i went through about 60 a day

i got through loads at the weekend but im still smoking more, but im cutting down next eyar, but people keep giving me duty free cigs grr

that stuff we're not allowed to talk about on here made me stop.

It feels wierd smoking in front of my dad - and it doesn't feel right :s

I have heard good AND bad reports about that - I think that drug would be ideal for me to stop or help me give up. I have no will power at all

 

I heard someone died from taking those tablets :s

 

Are they any good ?

There have been deaths linked with zyban but i do know they work. My friend was on them and she was fine.. although some side effects can be incurred!!

so do u get 'em from doctors? my boyf wants to quit (sort of lol)

Yeah, if you go to the dr and ask him about them then go from there i think!!

theyve stopped me smokin but they do have side effects....

 

its effected me in certain ways but worth it to give up
