Can someone suggest me a pop up killer ?

I have looked and tried to find one good enuff seem that something is always goin to pop up. My coach at work says he uses one something alone the lines of spaceghost or something along the lines of a ghost in it I know..I'm horrible with things to remember. I'll try and remember to ask and see what it is and write it down... banghead.gif Cos I need a new one myself... yes.gif

    which browser do you use? i use mozilla and it has great functionality built in.

     

    i also have spybot "search and destroy" installed which seems to be excellent.

    Thats for removing spyware mainly.... doesnt really stop pop-ups very much
