Its like bein on fast forward at first and then u get used to it and want it faster!!

all i have to say is that bb prices here take the piss. you can get 8mb bb lines in japan for about the same price as the 500k likes you get here last time i read iirc

Fuckin hell thats some difference.

just a teensy bit. not sure i could be wrong and they "only" have 4mb lines and are installing/upgrading everything to 8mb.

dialup blows think my 56k has de-graded to 24k is soooooo slowwww

56k never always run at 56k though !

 

They usually drop to around 44k.

 

I would have never coped with a 24k - the pc would have been trashed with a hammer by be and my no patience !

my computers dying anyways, its disowned my soundcard so i canne play music on it, flash animations lol u can see them frame by frame now, dont run smooth just jumps and stuff, and wen u type summit it takes about 5secs for it to show on the screen

Nah i couldnt cope with dial up again, did when my pc was stolen so had to go back to old one and i hated it slower pc AND dial up.. was glad to get this one thats for sure.

im on dial up and it stinks!!!!

 

now i know what im doing on this PC (well sort of) it cant keep up with me iv got no patients with it at the mo

 

think i might have to look into getting broadband
