this saturday me and pete (non clubbing mate a few of you have met) are going to the Tate (spelling?) Modern.

 

admittedly we're primarily going to rip the [censored] out of some of the 'art' work, but i am genuinely looking forward to seeing some of the less controversial creative master-pieces.

 

anyone else up for this?

You're mad! Going there out of choice!!! I got dragged there twice by my school and it was the most boring place ever! I can think of much better things to do, than stare at so called "unmade beds," "Empty yogurt pot" and the like! It really pees me off that they can call [censored] like that art, when proper artists who paint and draw lovely pictures, get hardly any recognition!

 

Saying that, it'd be quite an amusing place to go with you Laurence.... then again, going anywhere with you, usually turns out rather amusing for some reason....

There is a load of [censored] in there,

But there are somethings worth seeing from what I remember and they always add to it.

 

Very overrated but still worth a look round for free!

I'd defo. be up for the "ripping the [censored]" part! Can't do this saturday tho have a job interview in oxford to go to!

what time is the interview?

I definitely want to go to the Tate Modern sometime soon. But won't be able to this Saturday, working til 2pm then going to Passion in the evening so won't have time.

 

Maybe another Saturday or Sunday in January.

 

Laurence- i'm sure Andrew would be up for this if we mentioned it to him, we could do this before he leaves to start his new job?
