i missed out on seeing basement jaxx live because i was at another arena watchin the darkness haha... what happened was they were meant to be on earlier cos david bowie was supposed to headline but backed out of it, pushing the darkness to be headline and play in his slot instead. we were gonna watch darkness then either move on to see muse or basement jaxx... oh well what can ya do lol

i have jaxx on T in the park 2004 highlights on video and they looked alright but i guess im not into them as much as i used to be. i did see the chemical bros live the next day and they were awesome

have seen the basement janx live couple of times now and they are amazing, they really put on a performace and do a really good stage display its soemthing thats got to be seen !

Majority of Hardcore is based in the North West actually, I'm aware of the Hardcore events held down here and I hate them as much as you. I don't want to listen to anything from Nu NRG no doubt it's ear bleeding noise with no merit to it what-so-ever.

Im no hardcore fan by any stetch of the imagination, but have to say nu-energy collective are good.

They play alot of the frantic events now.
