any tips on how to keep your nails strong??

 

im tryin to grow them im doin well atm but got a feelin they gonna go a bit weak and break

Use those vitamin creams on them and eat well.

clear nail hardening coat stuff worked wen mine were long

 

i made the mistake of startin clubbin again last year and then biting again

Keep filing them aswell instead of biting them, they grow a lot tougher.

My ex taught me how to look after my nails, there's nothing worse than having rank nails.

 

She had the most lethal nails ever and when we had little scraps it was like having a fight with Freddie Kruger, except she was nicer looking.

mine were mingin!

 

ive got short stummpy hands as it it but with no nails they look worse!

Would you let someone with you if they had dirty nails?

 

I certainly wouldn't.

They had nail hardner as well..makes em stronger... and filein does help..mines too hard tho so I am more careful

Don't keep them really long. File them into a square shape being careful not to file down the side of the nail as this weakens it. Try and wear a hardwearing clear gloss to protect them while they are growing.

 

Also try and keep all the nails the same length. If one breaks, file the others down - much neater that way - if you don't have an emery board or nail file, the side of a match box is a good emergency measure!

 

Handcream will help too if you work in an office as shuffling paper drys the nails out!

use rubber gloves when washing up.......washing up liquid is nasty for nails.....makes thm peel

ive started to use hand cream and its helpin!!

 

problem is my nails are gonna get fooked from work anyway so i mite just ave 2 put up with weak crappy nails
