oh dear...

 

im the opposite my nails are so strong...its cause i always drink milk tho.

 

i cant even bend my nails, they never break and filing them is such an effort!!

 

but i always like having nice nails, i manicure them myself...lol just realised actually (now steph is out the door!) that ive got a really good manicure set back home...i will bring it down and then she will always have lovely nails!!

u want strenthener(sp) cos it helps your nails to strengthen them self when thers no varnish on

Yea, drinking lots of milk is good for it. Eating carrots is also good for your nails.

 

take your vitamins and use a nail restorer. and never ever ever have acrylic nails, i did and they have ruined my nails. at the moment im using

 

"natural nail growth activator marine extract treatment by sally hansen"

 

which i bought from boots. a bit pricey but its wonder stuff so its worth it!
