depends on how busy they are, mine took bout 2 months, but that was at the begining of the financial year so they wasnt at all busy thumbs.gif

Ok, when i worked for the inland revenue it all depended on

 

1. How busy they are

2. If they have a back log

3. What time of year it is

4. How long it had been since ur last rebate

5. How much info they have of u in ur file.. they may not have all the necessary info so may need to contact other departments, ex employers etc etc for more details on ur taxation history.

 

Think thats about it, if i think of any more ill add to the post!!
