Get some sleep, if you're having trouble sleeping try using relaxation methods. Such as tapes with relaxing music or some have a relaxing voice with somebody talking you through a relaxtion technique, they maybe cheesy but can work.

shaggin always gets rid of any aches n pains for me shag.gifso def try that, also the dark room can help, fresh air or as last resort - I read this in a magazine yrs ago and it does actually work try standing on your head for as long as poss - I know its wacky but its summit to do with the blood stream and circulation! smile.gif
