umm...any ideas how to stop ya'self bitin' the skin off ya' lips?...i just cant help meself..and it makes me do it more, the more i bite off..me lips are raggin' to [censored] now and me tongue feels all numb and stuff... weird

im terrible for this....constantly bite my lips.

 

i think carmex is better than vaseline, when i worked in harvey nichols i was told never to use vaseline as it covers your lips in a false coating (something like that) and its very bad for your lips.

 

carmex comes in a tub or a squeezy thing and its only £2.40 and lasts for ages...it helps condition your lips.

 

but i dont know on how to stop biting lips cause if i knew that i would have nicer lips

if its through the cold weather, then use something like a Nivia lip care stick.....very good, thats the only thing that works for me (and you dont get that nasty greasy taste either)

i use Niva lip care becuase i always bite my lips in my sleep and also becuase i smoke a lot, and i got say it's really good

 

try it but make sure you get the plain one so u don't have pink lips

I bite my lips all the time! Its a bad habit I've had for years! I'm yet to find a cure for it I also seem to find that if i put lip balm on them it just makes me bite them even more coz it tastes so nice!

I bite mine all the time when i have dry skin on them.. gonna get a lip exfoliating kit i think then will get the dry skin off and moisturise!!

 

U can use a soft toothbrush tho and lightly rub it on ur lips to take dead skin off and then but a good lip balm/moisturiser on them!!

One of winters negative points...Chapped..skin peeling,,sore [censored] lips!

One of the best things I've ever come across is blisteze...blooming marvellous stuff;)

Its not even just bein winter.. can happen in summer too or at any change of weather.
