two ways hun, you can either browse to a pic on your desktop and upload it OR you can copy and paste a link of a pic yourself. both can be done through your profile.

if you don't know already you can just copy and paste the iamge, so right click it and go to properties. then copy the image link. from there you will need to click on the image link in the Instant UBB Code and paste the link. jobs and goodun!
