    just over a week now....the only thing iv lost is my sanity and will to live.

     

    dont know about weight because i darent get on the scales paranoid.gif i might have put it on grumpy.gif

    i had chinese last night! crispy seaweed, spring rolls, sesame prawn on toast and a duck fried rice, that just about hit the spot! bigsmile.gif

     

    next time you're in notts, pop round early and i could cook some chinese for ya too like i did for my other houseguest smile.gif
