The computer man thats has (incorrectly) fitted my LAN USB adapter, saw the macromedia flash thingie come up on here (due to new advertisment presumably)

 

He told me not to download it (no reason, just ekk you don't want that) ... I have to cancel it everytime I go on a new page (and today there has been many pages)

 

Question ... Is it that bad ... can I/should I download it and it cause no serious probs??

did he give a reason why?

No reason as such ... he just said ... ekk you don't want that ... with a sort of

download it, it's fine. unless he gave you a good reason not to bother

mmmmmmm he was a bit ... I know it all sort ... well he didn't as he's got to come back tuesday and fix the damn thing he was paid to do

the box is probably a sort of 'permission' thing....once you've given it permission, it doesn't need to ask any more.

He's just being fussy. You could do with it for flash animations and to enhance your net experience...
