Well, where do I begin?

When I first joined CTW I was already a dad to a 9 year old. He's 26 now, 2 years younger than when i met you lot. I don't have any more kids that I'm aware of.

I was working as a waitress in a cocktail bar when I met you...nope, sorry, ignore that. I was a casino manager in a fairly good casino but took a turn for the worst when I moved to a new casino and got downgraded several times over the 9 years I was there.

I left that after 24 years in the business and started working at Provident Finance doing door to door cash loans and collections but felt bad asking people for £40 every week when they could barely afford to feed themselves and their kids so I left that to be a delivery driver for Amazon. Shit job but the money is great.

Currently looking for a new place to live as I recently moved in with my mum after a brief financial problem early last year, and with her failing health she needed someone in to keep an eye on her. Sad to say she passed away on the 5th of November last year and as it is a council house, they're kicking me out!!! Not good.

Definitely up for meet-ups and shenanigans again, once I get myself sorted out first though.

Dani, great to see your story from the last 15 or so years, u are doing a great job!!!! Kids look great well done :)

Ginge - u would be a great waitress bro 😂😂.   Your story is raw; humbling and always here to listen.   Onwards and upwards with every step from now.  👍🏻👍🏻🤜🏻

Thank you. Means a lot considering I led a shit life back then but built myself up from the bottom and I’m actually proud of myself now.  Especially reading some old posts. God I was a mess at times and apologise for sometimes coming across as a complete tool back then.  🤭😂

As you know Simon, I’ve done the full cycle. Moved into DJ’ing around 11 years ago. Enjoyed playing out including the Ministry and Boat Parties. Stopped mixing around four years ago, sold my pioneer mixer / CDJ’s and bought an electronic piano. Now loving playing freestyle and old house classics on the piano. I’m a business development director with staff - who’d have known. Happily married to my wife Sam, who’s been my best friend and partner for 21 years! We have two wonderful dogs and have recently bought a posh caravan! DONE!

I am still in Leeds and still in same job- will be 20 years with my employer this year.

Got married in 2006 and have 2 children aged 13 and 11.

Not been proper clubbing for years but am looking at maybe dusting the dancing shoes off this year.

Still go to see a fair amount of live music and volunteer at Glastonbury most years. Catch up with some CTWers while I'm there too which is good.
