We're all a lottle older, and probably not much wiser... but have your musical tastes changed at all? 

I still love hard house (but more the classic stuff) and trance, have always loved house (including funky house, of course ha) but now adoring proggy psy trance, plus techno too (although I used to go to hard techno raves with a mate back in the day) so I guess I've not strayed too far from my loves. 

 

I haven't been clubbing in about 18 months or more as I've been in and out of hospital as my body is attacking itself, but I still have a sesh, and I plan to get back into clubs again sooner rather than later. Had a phase of not going out for years with my ex, then split up and went on a 2 and a half year or more bender, doing all weekend, every weekend with multiple clubs and seshes, no sleep... sometimes starting in the week, and sometimes ending after a week. 😂 

 

Good way to spend the thousands I'd saved for a wedding that was never actually going to happen. 😂 

I still love and listen to the older stuff but not really listened to anything modern in the trance and hardhouse genre. 
 

I love my rock but I’m really into Bagrock or a certain band called the red hot chilli pipers. Rock music and bagpipes 😂🤭

first heard them at the Inverness Hogmanay 6 years ago and seen them twice in Birmingham, front row november just gone.  

have to like pop as that’s what the daughter sings 😂

I’ve mainly gone back to my former clubbing roots and pretty much only listen to rock, alternative, classic rock, and 80’s music. I do occasionally bang on some hard trance / hard house / classic trance but it’s very rare now.

Depends entirely who I am with really, not gonna lie - love a bit of apple 1 playlist / current hits when noobs around.  
 

when I’m alone I still play a lot of 2000’s stuff.  
 

Apple also has tidy stuff, other hardhouse stuff so I flit about. 

Still love all the music as much as in the old days. 

My tastes havent changed that much. I'd say techno, house and classic trance is still my top 3.

If I could get out more I would do but were limited with babysitters. Plus it takes ages for my body to recover as I have two chronic pain conditions. Doesn't stop me dancing my heart out all night though 😊 

Still listen to trance and hard dance every now and then. Have been a lot recently saying that.

However, I've always listened to rock and metal, and listen to that a lot more now. Spotify playlist for me last year was metal with Disney songs thrown in thanks to my daughter.

Yeah I've not really heard much new hard house. Trance I'm more up to date with, but not much in the last year as I've not been going out. X
