I was messing about with FL on my old android tablet. Was great for making music on the go.

Quite frankly I am Blown Away with what you can do on mobile devices these days ...

There is also Korg Electribe on tablet - I used to have the hardware version of this - amazing how far smartphone/devices have come in compute power ...

 

It’s not the same version Si, it’s a special tablet version. Stripped down.

there is a tablet version of cubase I think (Also stripped down) and obviously GarageBand where the files can open in logic.
 

if you want to do it seriously you’re best working on a pc or Mac 👍

Ah ok.   All I want is to be able to set the track out.  Add the percussion, set the tempo, load in the various bits and work some magic haha.

Yeah I’m sure GarageBand will get you started. I have never used it. But if you are on a Mac I’d download it and see. It’s free.

I’m not sure if you can load external synths (audio units) in GarageBand?
