Can't seem to turn my hi-fi down (volume) and it's stuck on max.

 

When I turn the 'wheel' down it just keeps oing up up up up.

 

Any ideas ?

Ah, decided to dig out my remote and use the pads on that.

 

It works. Volume is now to my like-ing.

 

Still strange, though.
