Last night it was around 1am and I had my windows opened and my lights on. Then this fucking massive flying beetle type thing came out of nowhere and body slammed my head. I never seen anything like it, it was huge and had a really bulky body, and they way it flew around the room like a downie let lose on a moped freaked me out. And the fucking noise too. So after shitting myself I slammed all my grooming products at it little winged beast of doom.

 

Any similar experiances?

i was collecting rent from a tenant yesterday and i cudnt get out the house again cos sum ENORMOUS bloody gr8 orange and black mutant flying beetle thing stopped me lol - well actually it was on the other side of the window but it loooked like sumthing from Ice Age

I had a pet stag beetle which I used to feed cat food. Unfortunately it gorged itself on so much food that it burst. My Mum wouldn't let me see it because she said it made her physically sick to see all its insides hanging out

When I lived in Hong Kong we use to get LOADS of beetles flying in and out of our house all the time. Stag beetles, Rhino beetles and Dune bugs.

 

I remember I was in the bath when I was about 5 years old and this huge beetle came flying through the window and landed about 4 inches from my foot. I screamed, my mum came in, grabbed a hammer, whacked it and cracked the bath. The bloody thing still got up and crawled away.

You should see some of the bugs there are in Hong Kong. Britain is pretty pathetic when it comes to insects.
