I don't know anything about it apart from what I read in that article and was just guessing about the delivery.

 

Guess it makes more sense if the bacteria produces a protein which mops up the drug rather than interrupting the pathways the drugs would use.

 

If this virus goes for only bacteria what about our poor friendly bacteria in the body?

Or did you mean your body builds up an immunity to certain diseases through exposure?
