As expected, I didn't bump into any of you. I took about 70 pictures though.

 

The dusted arch @ Serious

 

The crowd were great, the music went a bit flat a couple of times but was generally pretty good. The DJ that played between 10-12 stole the show for me. He was just so up for it and had the dancfloor bouncing!

 

I have decided that I just don't like The Cross as a venue.

You are constanly caught up in the passing traffic which doesn't really make dancing much fun. I go clubbing to dance all night so this is why it is such a big deal to me. I started off going to Serious about christmas last year and i couldn't bare the pushing and shoving after 3 months. So I didn't go back.

 

Over all, Serious is excellent night, with a fantastic following, it has a great friendly atmosphere and I would recomend people to go. I just don't get on with the venue.

 

This is just my opinion..........

that dj was little lee! he is a great bloke too.

 

i agree with the venue in a way but i also like the look of the cross,the garden etc.

Saturday night it was unusually not busy,i think serious decided not to pack the place out as usual and i loved it.

The thing with serious is: u will never get a crowd better then that anywhere,i have never met so many people at any other club and seen so many regulars.i love the atmosphere soo much that it being crowded doesnt bother me anymore...one big serious family!

I Swear i saw you, and i am pretty certain you took a photograph of me, were you wearing a blck top, and you were near the DJ box?

 

I was up the top where the big silver fan is, right near the DJ box, i swear you took a picture of me, i was wearing a white dress with a black belt?!

I really enjoyed the music at Serious. The funk was brill but it was FAR too packed for me to stay in that room.

 

I am pretty sensitive to the heat and packed-ness - it just takes away my drive and motivation ! Can't be helped.

 

I loved Eddi Halliwell - he played BRILLIANTLY !

 

He dropped my FAV tune - Loops & Tings - and Si Patterson dropped my other FAV tune - Second Wave.

 

AMAZING.

 

A cracking night to see off my clubbing life. Loads of wonderful people - the family was in full effect.
