The Tiesto Remix of Adagio For Strings is dire. That was a really good set tho. It's mad hearing tunes like Theme From Norefiel and Albinoni (Above & Beyond Remix) at the Olympics. He played a shit load of his material and it was great to hear him play Dallas 4pm. One of his best sets I have listened to I just hope I can download it somewhere so I can listen to it properly.

 

This is great for the Trance scene.

It doesn't even sound like Adagio, it's audio rape. It's like some mutant distorted Hard Trance mash up and it doesn't feel like Adagio at all, at least not when you put it next to Corsten's Remix, which is the ultimate mix.

 

IMO

Corstens Mix is superb without a doubt i love it, but Tiestos mix has updated it, beefed it up, but has still managed to keep the melancholy of the orignal by Samuel Barber.
