you can use NERO and save it as a WAV through the sound recorder.

SOundforge does it aswell

I use MusicMatch, yu can record of the 'Stereo Mix' which basically means it will record whatever is coming out your speakers.

 

So just have the radio going in the background when doing it and all is well

ill have a look into that as well
