I'll bet it was the bloody Yanks....AGAIN.

The United States Of America finished top of the medal table with 35 golds..i think they had 106 medals compared to Britains 30...no compensation for having Bush as a leader though.

we do extremly well considering our size compared to the likes of usa etc.

America has 260 million+ and have excellent sports facilities. Britain has 60 million and average facilities. So you know we did ok. But we should be higher the France. No excuse for that. We would of done if Amir Khan and Radcliff pulled their finger out.

Apparently, America has won more medals at swimming events than Britain has won in TOTAL???
