I say why not? I reckon pretty much all of the athletes are on them now anyways, so the unfair advantage they give would be eradicated if everyone was allowed to use them, and then maybe we might see a few more records being broken.

same every 4 years....we shut down sport facilities, no one gets encouraged to take up sports at uni, they take away school playing fields, not lottery money gets put to sports, then everyone wonders why we're generally shit ever 4 years
