does any1 else absolutely hate these infernal machines?

as a company they are so up their own arse, their OS is shit, their standard mouse is shit and basically they just really are shit

and the worst bit is that i have to use them for some of my coursework in college

give me a PC anyday

I do like Macs.

 

I was kind of addicted to using them in Training when I worked at NTL. Me and my trainer used to have a right laugh with some of the fuctions on a MAC that he showed me.

 

I would have a MAC tomorrow if I had the cash. But I would still keep my pc, too.

Second biggest mistake of my life was buying one of the first i-macs.

 

Absolute fucking shite.

 

I had to write to Steve Jobs and the board of directors at one point as I was so fucked off.

i am possibly going to use one today, and have been using since i started my course. i liked it for the first time i used it, then when i used the same program but on the PC i realised just how inferior they are

 

so i can say that they are still shit and its not just old ones

well, guess what? amazingly it's not just macs that get updates, it's PCs as well, so compared to PCs most applemacs are still a pile of toss!

Depends what you want to use the MAC for tho, innit.

 

As MACS work better for some things, than PCs do.

 

a small niche of certain things. and anything you can do on a MAC you can do at least almost as well on a PC but the reverse ain't true
