what's that then haha. I haven't had a sunday roast in, jesus too long. Miss my mums sunday dinners

I do Maria.. Roast dinners are the best, my favourite would have be good old chicken smothered in bread sauce and gravy.

But I must say, today I had beef, and I am a bit funny with beef, I don't always like it and they were only serving beef dinners today.

 

Well, it was probably the BEST beef I have had ever !

I have had 2 roast dinners in the space of 5 days - I feel well lucky !

i cooked chicken for tea........

 

went nice with sage and onion, roasties and all the veg.
