I am with ntl and keep having bloody problems with my modem

hmmm yep I'm with NTL no probs here

tutt must be just me and my damn connection then

ntl did improve about a year ago or so

i'm with ntl too, no problems with my modem but problems with the bloody ntl digital t.v.

NTL is shit....everyone I know complains about it and their levels of customer service are appalling.

well I have called their technical support department and no word of a lie, I was in a queue for well over an hour before I got to talk to someone

I tell you what, I have been with NTL for a few years now. When I even worked for NTL and had a discount service on whatever I wanted, I NEVER EVER had a problem with them.

 

Yeah, ok their customer service can be quite busy, I have seen how busy it gets, as I used to work in the Technical Support department, but what we have in our house that's operated by NTL, we have never had any problems over the last few years. Tell a lie, my mum may have had the odd connection problem with the modem due to low sound levels underground, where as I, having my own connection in my own room now and in the past, I have NEVER encountered any problems. They have been terrific for me ! Even the Customer Service ..

NTL is great until you haev a problem and have to deal with the customer service or support people.

 

apart from a guy called george who was great and sorted out all the problems we had whilst i was on the phone, which all the monkeys beforehand hadn't been able to sort out

like gordy said, as long as they work there great, but they do have a tendency to discounect u several times every other day, then maybe once a month go down for a whole day...

yep NTL is the one for us here no problems (touch wood)with our connections

 

by the way if you are on b/band betty did you know they have or will be upgrading all their users free of charge so.......if u have....

 

150k connection it will now be a 300k,....600k is now 750k and the big 1MB is now 1.5MB

 

so thats just one of the great things about NTL ........i'm well satisfied with their services

So we have this upgrade that won't change, bit still be charged at the price being paid for the previous connection spec ?
