I didn't really look round properly when I got there. I just dumped my stuff in my room and he promised to furnish it for me while I was at home. I get back on Sunday, and there is a mattress on the floor and nothing else. I think that was the icing on the cake, sleeping on that mattress, like someone out of Trainspotting.

Saw him yesterday when I moved out and he was profusely apologetic about it. He said that he would renovate the house and I could look round in a couple of months when it was ready. But TBH, I never want to set eyes on the bastard again.

 

The London uni accomm office say that they won't let him advertise with them anymore.

you should try to obtain or take a photo of this man and get it on to a poster and then post it up everywhere near where he lives, saying DO NOT RENT FROM THIS MAN
