Andy I deleted it, as you say the replies, mine especially were probably harsh, but im sorry i was angered, so i have pm'd Lou etc & moved the post for now

 

I am not going to get into the in's & out's but again posts like these need not be on the board to create bad atmosphere, pm facilities should be used for that, especially as tempers are flared & things seem to be going on, hope you understanmd where I am coming from, trying to avoid unwanted, unwarrented remarks etc

I'm not tarring you all with the same brush I'm just pointing out how stupid all this is.

Mods are there to watch over the board coz thats their job,....ok so we don't like some of the things they do.....fair comment but their must be an easier way to solve these problems without the constant bickering thats going on.

 

Maybe Mods should give their valid reasons why such posts are being deleted... not just to the member who started the post but to the whole board at least everyone will see the reason for this.

 

Lastly as I said this is a free site and if you dont like it ....look at the top right hand corner of this page......can you see an X.........put your cursor over it and clik on it...........ok your problem solved

Russell thank you, as I say I do as a moderator try to be as fair as possible & TBH I have delt with posts as & when im seeing them & if I get any complaints via pm again, I deal with it, i do take it seriously & do you guys really have any idea how hard it is to do, especially when you know people on a personal level as we all do. It aint easy, IMO I think the best man for the job is Alex as he knows all our board personnas but not on the same personal levels the rest of us know each other, so he will probably not be seen as being biased

 

I can see how maybe my banter with Maria may be seen as clquey as we are the bestest of friends but I promise anyone on here, i do not purposely go out of my way to be nasty or to be unfair & if please, please if at any time you feel I have or I am, then pm for christ sake, if im not aware then how can I deal with it
