    I have now been smoke-free for a month and a half (apart from a relapse at Godskitchen which we'll ignore). Once you've done a couple of weeks you're past the worst biggrin.gif HANG IN THERE!

    Its not so bad when im at work as im pretty busy but i think as soon as i get home and i see a fag in me ma mouth id be like, "GIMME ON NOW".

     

    But thanks guys i do feel a little relieved that i have spoken to you's, now i dont feel the world is against me, hehehehe
