When you are having a heated debate or arguement and you know 110% you are right, yet the other person is insistant on continuing to row do you carry on til you are blue in the face or do you agree to disagree and walk away confident in knowing you are right?

Keep going, it's fun. Unless you are actually wrong, but haven't realised yet, then you'd be best slipping off to think things through calmly.

I would agree to disagree.

 

If I KNEW I was right, then I would be comfortable in knwing they are wrong and will yet to find out that I was right after all.

 

I like it when that happens.

So long as what you think is right, can actually be proven right, then deliver a killer blow with definitive evidence and testimony.

Exactly Alex, there is nothing worse than thinking for sure you are right only to be proved otherwise, so I think I would rather agree to disagree, then go find out for sure then start the debate again

i will argue until i have explained to them what the truth actually is

 

tho i used to have some annoying mates who would turn it on me when they realised i had it wrong and claim that i was the wrong saying what they were saying and vice versa

That has got to be one of my biggest hates, when having a row the other person tries to turn it about on you

it's the main reason the word "whatever" exists.
