Sounds like club foot to me.

It's all my own fault, a blister has become infected. Next time I will listen to Mumsy and put TCP on it!

 

I am really prone to infections for some reason

I live in Tipton, in the Black Country, which is near Brum, but not actually Brum, but Londoners don't seem to know the difference
