I've started drinking them. They may be good for you but they've increased my anal wind significantly.

 

Been farting ALOT more than usual for the last few days...actimel is the only thing that can be blamed.

Waste of money them things.

what are they supposed to do for you then?

I honestly have no idea but my local shop is doing 8 of them for £2 so I thought I'd give them a go.

 

I think they're supposed to increase your immune system. It doesnt actually say on the bottles.
