If you like Time of Our Lives get the special edition release of Reflections. Not the best Ive heard but it aint bad...not listened to it for ages actually and now spurned on to dig it out.

 

BTW I have started list in the Events forum so if anyone is definitely up for going to this add it on and we can arrange to meet nearer the time.

ive always enjoyed pvd sets,except the last two ive been too,global i didnt like and amnesia about 2 weeks ago(altho he had the task of following tiesto,who was excellent)i didnt like, after 45 mins he started bangin out tunes even harder than he played at global..if i knew we were gonna get the usual top notch trance set i would have my name down by now,but i`m in two minds now..

i have to admit i prefer his trancier side rather than the tech trance he sometimes does (i think he plays harder in germany, the vandit nights recently over here recently have been that sort of heavier stuff).

 

The singles he's put out recently have probly been more geared to mainstream, more melodic (in the same way mauro picotto puts out nice productions but i've never enjoyed a picotto set, far too thick and chunky for me)

 

at passion 2 months back pvd played exactly the sort of thing i like, which was crisp, punchy, light, fast. depends whether he goes for a hard tough sound, or the familiar 'bitty' sound which i

 

you'll all just have to cheer more when he drops the less heavy stuff
