If your using XP: C:\WINDOWS\Temp then just delete the files in the directory C:\Documents and Settings\(your login name)\Local Settings\Temp (To see the Local Settings directory, you'll need to go to Tools\Folder Options\View\Hidden files and folders: check the "show hidden files and folders").
