In the end tried that ZYBAN stuff, worked 1st tiome, aint smoked now for 2 years! If you fail, try it. tell more! You can get it once on the NHS as is expensive, tablet form, you smoke for 4 days whilst taking the tablet and after that you loose interest altogether. No cravings, no walkiong past a shop and having the usual head blag of delving into your pockets to grab a pack. 80% success rate (at the time) and has worked for just about everyone I know If you can convince your gp that you have tried evry other solution then i highly reccomend it! There are side effects whilst on it, but considering a lifetime of health (well, other than all that usually comes with clubbing) it is worth it! My side effects: had rashes on legs mild insomnia slight dizziness loss of desere to shag at the time. Not bad really.
