He started playing the piano at the age of 3 with his mother, a musician, and spent his childhood surrounded by music. Started jazz saxophone in his early teens. He has been active as a soloist in jazz circles in college, and he has a high-ranking history in national contests. On the other hand, he has a UK Garage / 2Step boom around 2000, Drum'N'Bass, Hip Hop, etc. His teens are also strongly influenced by a wide range of club music genres. From 2018 he started making tracks in earnest. He incorporated many years of Jazz elements into UK Garage and Hip Hop. His jazz atmosphere and imaginative track make show his unique taste. RAINDANCE are British rave event organisers. They were one of the best known rave names on the rave scene in the late 1980s and early 1990s and still going strong. Carl Cox, Dave Angel, LTJ Bukem, Mr C, DJ Rap, John Digweed, Kevin "Reece" Saunderson, Slipmatt, Fabio and Grooverider started out at Raindance. Shades of Rhythm, N-Joi and The Prodigy have all played at Raindance. From Jenkins Lane to Fabric, SeOne to Hammersmith Apollo - Raindance is the party. Peace. Love. Unity. A pioneer and innovator of the scene, Madam Zu has enjoyed tremendous success and an enviable reputation worldwide. She has a distinctive style and sought after sound, and has the god given talent of turning a dancefloor, into a sweaty, euphoric, mass!! Music styles played: Hard Dance / Hard House / Techno / Trance / Nrg / Acid / Retro / Old Skool / Drum 'n' Bass / Breaks Madam Zu began her DJing career in the early 1990s at the famous Sterns Night Club in Worthing, UK. She also began promoting partys herself in Cornwall, UK. During 1997 Madam Zu (supported by the NSPCC) was a Youth facilitator for Rave/Dance and took part in giving youngsters an insight into the skills of DJ/Mixing.. 1998 saw her successfully complete the final exams of a 2 year Media and Sound Engineering course she also produced her first record release Medussa on MOM Recordings - this track had airplay on various radio stations including Kiss FM London, UK. In 1999 Madam Zu wrote for various underground music magazines such as Eternity and Implant. The end of 1999 saw her and Jon Does production of 999 Matrix / The Red Pill on Mohawk Recordings 9 being officially chosen as the Hard House Single of the Month in WAX Magazine - January 2000 issue. It was also voted within the top three best tunes of the year in the Energy UK s Readers Poll 2000. 2000 also saw her have six more successful releases on NILE, Mohawk and Aztec Records. RAINDANCE THE RAVE FESTIVAL @ SeONE... A DANCE PARTY LEGEND IN THE MAKING PRODUCED BY RAVERS FOR RAVERS... DON'T JUST HEAR ABOUT IT - BE PART OF IT!! The Raindance Rave Festival returns to its spiritual home! It is our aim to recreate the now legendary parties and atmosphere of 2 years ago, when this venue was known as The Drome. Raindance were the first and ONLY rave promoters to risk taking on this daunting, multi arena venue. After our 8 parties at the Drome, we had turned the Drome and the Raindance Rave Festival into Londons, if not the Countrys, most talked about event!!!! Now, 18 months since our last event (when The Drome, under new management, became The SeOne), the venue has at last got its act together and done the necessary [censored] that the venue was crying out for - finally doing justice to what is now undoubtedly Londons premier multi-arena rave space. It is time once again for Raindance and you the ravers, those of you who were lucky enough to go to our events at The Drome and those who weren't, to take up the challenge and again produce the legendary vibe and atmosphere that ONLY Raindance events at the SeOne can prodcue!! LET THE MUSIC DO THE TALKING! RAINDANCE... DARING TO BE DIFFERENT... MC'S - LESS IS MORE - SPREAD THE WORD...BO!! Raindance has decided to take the bold step of stepping away from the rise of MC CULTURE in the Jungle Drum and Bass scene. To that end we have decided to go back in time, as it were REWIND, to the days of AWOL, when 1 MC (MC GQ) hosted the evening. Your host for the evening will be MC MOOSE. Moose, with the aid of a select few dedicated DJ and MC combos, will take you through the night enhancing your aural pleasure, BY LETTING THE MUSIC DO THE TALKING, offering an alternative to the so called "Talented Lyricists" who seem to have recently hijacked the scene! OMG, I just got back from Fabric and what a fucking AMAZING night!!!!!! Yesterday I didn't even like Drum & Bass much but now I totally 100% LOVE it!!!!! @James - How would you feel about me organising occasional Drum & Bass events so its not just Hard House and Trance all the time?
