JFK #JFK
Jesse F. Keeler, known by his stage name JFK, is a Canadian DJ, producer, and musician best known as one half of the electro duo MSTRKRFT and as the bassist and synth player for the punk band Death From Above 1979. As JFK, he became a central figure in the mid-2000s electro and blog-house scene, fusing raw punk energy with pounding electronic rhythms and distorted synth lines. His DJ sets are known for their aggressive, high-voltage style—heavy on industrial textures, acid basslines, and relentless momentum that blurs the line between rock and dance music. With MSTRKRFT, JFK helped define a gritty, unapologetic sound that influenced a generation of producers and cemented his reputation as one of the driving forces behind the fusion of electronic and punk subcultures.
