Kevin Energy is a highly respected figure in the UK electronic music scene, particularly known for his contributions to hard house, hard trance, and hardcore. Beginning his DJ career at a young age, he quickly rose to prominence, playing at major events and holding a residency on Dream FM. In 1998, he founded Nu Energy Records, which became a significant label in the harder styles of dance music. While he took a break from the rave scene in 2011 to focus on studio work, he returned to producing in 2020. Although primarily known for hard house and hard trance, he has also explored breakbeat in some of his productions and DJ sets, showcasing his versatility within the broader spectrum of electronic dance music.
