BLOODY HELL, I've only just got round to download Andy Bagguley's October 2004 mix from his website - this is quite possibly the best Trance mix I've heard in over a year. I'm working most of this weekend and this is really helping me concentrate am I find I'm getting 'lost in the mix' - fooking quality, this mix is making me re-live some wicked nights I've had out, I've not felt this into a mix as this for quite a while (ok I've also had half a bottle of chard, but still !) Will post details of Andy's site etc soon, when I've finished my work - just felt I HAD to make the point now @Maria - if you like that Ferry Corsten mix we loved you will LOVE this - fook me its superb - and 124 minutes long ! This is what music is all about

Not been buying any hard stuff at all these days, have a few gigs lined up doing the electro thing and a new venture starting in the new year too. Its a new night me and a good friend will be hosting every month called *Kitsch* With an anything goes music policy as long as its trashy and slutty, a catwalk and a photo lounge (which is a proper photo shoot set up so we can get cool pics of everyone for future flyers and god knows what else). We will be booking bands, live acts and anything else that takes our fancy. My friend and I will of course be residents each and every month doing our decks, fx and laptop sets. Finally got round to doing another mix, similar style to last time with it being the kinda fullon psy and hardtrance hybrid combo tunage Tracklisting is.... I sat and thought for a while, was goin through all my latest stuff Ive bought and started messing about having a mix to see which tracks I wanted to use etc etc. After a while I just thought fuck this. Instead I just hit record and had a mix and this is what came of it. Its called "No Concept Of Time" simply because I wanted to do a techno mix that represented my sound, and what I wanted to put on there (both new and old) It kinda captures my time DJing techno over the last 3 years. Its starts off groovy and builds from there. I mixed this on 3 decks (2 technics & a CDJ) aswell as using my cycleloops sampler to throw in some loops. This is a mix I recorded last weekend. It's a mash-up of all things groovy & driving ... a mixture of house / progressive / tech house / trance. The idea was to do a kind of progressive warm up -- something that would build up well into a trance set. Something to stick on before you go out. -

Just how good is the new mixmag CD?! We played it over and over this weekend and even the many hard housers in our group were loving it. PVD rules and that Starchaser track (number 2) is a bit special. IMO this is the best freebie covermount CD ever. -
