Incredibly, it’s that time of year again to brush the dust off your Birthday best and raise a glass to another year of senses-spanking parties that have been demolishing our dance floors week in week out for the last 12 months. As always for this most special occasion in our calendar, we at Ministry of Sound have brought together a one-off line-up which busts open musical boundaries and not only showcases the best of what we do here (oh yes, and our mind-blowing sound-system!) but also propels us forward into a new and exciting year. Those who venture into the Box will be taken on a journey of sounds and beats, from the perfectly placed techno-inspired beats and ethereal melodies of Trentemoller, infectious genre-mashing house of Danny Howells, controlled and compelling magic of Mark Knight to the raw off-beat tribal energy of the legendary Afrika Bambaataa, playing in the Bar. We will of course also be showing off brand new resident Lee Mortimer, whose bass-lead, statement bursting sound is a refreshing new force on our roster. Lee will be joined in the Bar by Ashley Beedle, whose fusion of hip-hop and house should leave the crowd perfectly primed for our legendary special guest! All of this will of course be served up with plenty of Birthday silliness, including sweets, treats and even a jelly and ice cream filled party room up in the Lounge: bring on the Birthday fun! _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ http://a348.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/16/l_00273d2b8abd3093b7612b944fce4133.jpg _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ £20 Advance // £20 Door Tickets available from: http://www.ministryofsound.com/tickets http://www.ticketweb.co.uk // 08700 600 100 _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ http://www.ministryofsound.com/club http://www.myspace.com/mossaturdaysessions Join us on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/groups.php?id=623230004 Join us on DSI: http://www.dontstayin.com/parties/saturday-sessions _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Ministry of Sound 103 Gaunt Street London SE1 6DP 0870 060 0010 Nearest Tube: Elephant and Castle _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _

  9. SPIN OUT RECORDS HOSTS BABY BOX @ MINISTRY OF SOUND, LONDON. 26th JULY 2008. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE.... BABY BOX – Spin Out Records Caninesounds Digital Punks Clay Hey & Reveal Squeeze DJ’s (Matt & Ian Tucker) Ben Coates & Mike Chapman Double D BOX - Rulin Tedd Patterson Jazzy M Paul Jackson **** Save yourself some beer money – email full names to guestlist@spinoutrecords.co.uk for our £12 concessions guestlist **** BONJOUR RODNEY!!! As the song goes, three is the magic number - We’re back at Ministry for our third night hosting the Baby Box and we can guarantee you’re in for a treat on this one. Out last two events have been alongside the likes of Sharem Jey and Steve Angello and due to the success of both of these nights we have been asked to play as part of the Past, Present, Future night on the 26th July. The Box will be the Past with headliners Jazzy M, Tedd Patterson and latest addition Paul Jackson, the Bar will be the Present with resident Marc Hughes and more, we’ll be headlining up the Future title in the Baby Box…… We had to make sure the line up truly represented ‘the future’ with our DJ’s and the music, so here’s what we have for you: We have a full domestic line up for this event, with Spin Out Artists, Residents and close friends on the DJ list. First up we have Spin Out Residents and hosts of the Spin Out Sessions on Passion FM, Caninesounds. They have recently released a remix of Lutzenkirchen’s ‘Back In Time’ on Spin Out, have a remix due out on the ‘Trashfash’ Label in August and they are lined up to have a full single release later this year on Spin Out. They have gigs at Space and Es Paradis in Ibiza this summer and of course their regular gigs for us here in the UK….. If you haven’t seen these guys in action you’re seriously missing out. Next up we have our brand new additions to the Spin Out Resident DJ’s roster. Alongside Si McEvoy and Caninesounds we’d like to introduce to you ‘Digital Punks’. These boys have been friends of ours for a while now and have a well respected reputation within the industry. They have numerous gigs under their belts in and around London including being lucky enough to have played in every room at the legendary Turnmills. These guys are currently working on their productions so make sure you keep your eyes on these boys as they have bright futures ahead. No strangers to the Spin Out faithful are Clay Hey & Reveal. They have played for us at the past Ministry events and are becoming part of the family now. Their impressive choice of tunes and energetic outlook on life has earned them some massive praise from industry workers and clubbers alike….. another DJing duo to represent the Future! Squeeze DJ’s aka brothers Ian & Matt Tucker have been all over the London circuit for the past 12 months with gigs in top venues inc Pacha, Turnmills and The White House and we’re pleased to have them making their debut for Spin Out. Forward thinking DJ’s with an ear for future hits has gained them great dancefloor respect with clubbers who will wait on their every beat in anticipation of the next floor destroyer. Double D returns for the warm up after doing such a sterling job at the last event. His perfectly worked tune selection, crowd interaction and smooth mixing impressed us all. This event also marks something very special for the man Double D…… it just happens to be his Wedding Party after getting married in New Zealand earlier this year the UK party is this night – session on! Finally to wrap up the list of DJ’s representing the Future we have Ben Coates and Mike Chapman. Two young DJ’s who have a great passion for music and massive DJing talent. Ben is currently doing work experience at CR2 and both Ben & Mike have a serious ear for quality upfront music. Just getting started in the Industry they have already got very positive things lined up and we’re very proud to have them working with us on this event. So there you have it, the Spin Out DJ’s to represent the ‘future’ in the Baby Box on Saturday 26th July. Be sure to come down and check out the ‘future sounds of Spin Out/London’ where our young DJ’s and artists will show you what the Future is all about and make your smile everlasting while doing so…… This is going to be another night of music that is set to shake the building – guaranteed!!! Make sure you get in early so you don’t miss a beat: **** Save yourself some beer money – email full names to guestlist@spinoutrecords.co.uk for our £12 concessions guestlist **** For more info see
  10. The Gallery Friday July 18th 2008 Box: BT Hybrid Serge Devant Ehren Stowers, Dale Coderoy, DJ Erc, Dan Cooper Twisted Sounds Bar: Berwick Street Sessions 3rd Birthday Luetzenkirchen Swen Weber Timo Garcia Rhyd B Baby Box: Solid Kiss Bluebeat - Moni, Askeladden, Matt Lewis DJ Dan & Ed Case Knights of the Round Tables Hush Cat Live PA's - Shelly Nelson & Dionne Mitchell Lounge: Plastic Fondu Rob & Dave Marchant Matt Dahl & Markus Buhmann DJ Evil - C Nick Frattaroll Dave Elsey Dom Samba Friday night saw us welcome Markus Schulz as our new resident in typical Gallery style. With a massive turnout from our members as part of the Free members Party he rocked the Box for 3 hours whilst fellow trancers Rank 1 and Andy Moor took off where he left off and the finale was handled by one of the safest pair of hands around resident Gavyn Mytchel. King Roc and Mike Monday got the Bar all in a lather whilst the Cheeky People had it big time in the Baby Box and Grin Recordings hosted the lounge On Friday 18th July welcome not one, but two of the biggest names in electronic dance music from down the years to do their thing in the amazing surroundings of the Box at Ministry of Sound for yet another world class, cutting edge Gallery. BT aka Brian Transeau as he’s known to his nearest and dearest - is one of those once in a generation musical magicians. BT’s just as comfortable behind a mixing desk working on one of his critically acclaimed albums as he is laying vocals over an epic trance track for friend Tiesto, or penning a film score for Hollywood blockbusters such as ‘The Fast and the Furious.’ His albums have included ‘Movement in Still Life’, ‘10 years in the Life’, ‘Emotional Technology’ and ‘This Binary Universe’ whilst cult singles have included ‘Godspeed’, ‘Flaming June’, ‘Blue Skies’, ‘Force of Gravity’.He’s also provided guest vocals himself on Tiesto’s ‘Love Comes Again’. Other notable film scores include ‘Zoolander’, ‘Lara Croft’, ‘Gone in Sixty Seconds’, ‘American Pie’, ‘Go’ and ‘Monster’ to name but a few!!! This really is a rare opportunity to catch the man with the laptops put in one of his trademark DJ sets on an exclusive visit to these shores. Hybrid have forged a reputation as leading producers which have seen them collaborate with artists such as New Order's Peter Hook, The Pretender's Chrissie Hynde and the 90-piece Russian Federal Orchestra, as well as remixing over 40 artists including Radiohead, Alanis Morissette, Carl Cox, BT, The Future Sound Of London and Moby. Famed for classic cuts like ‘Finished Symphony’, the Hybrid duo return to The Gallery for an exclusive main room DJ set to promote their new cd "Hybrid Sound System 001" and boy oh boy are we sure the Box is in for a treat. Serge Devant is another name on the march. Hailing from the States he has rapidly built a name for himself both as resident DJ for the Crobar but also as a producer and his recent remix of ‘Sweet Harmony’ has seen everyone from Pete Tong climb aboard the Devant train as it gathers apace. Seriously one to watch, he’ll be joined by Gallery resident Gavyn Mytchel who gets it going early doors with his usual warm up perfection and audio delectation for all to savour. Over in the Bar is a welcome return to The Gallery to the man known as Lutzenkitchen. The producer of huge underground anthems such as ‘Daily Disco’ and ‘Zombie’ he’s a name that has been on the rise in the last 12 months and with a string of productions to his bow. Joined by fellow co-hort Swen Weber and rising star Timo Garcia this is a session in the Bar that promises to be another memorable one for all the right reasons! Additional firepower comes from Rhyd B. The Baby Box welcomes Solidkiss in association with Funklife records! Bluebeat, who comprise of Moni, Askeladden and Matt Lewis team up for the first time with the Funklife producers and dj's as well as live pa performances from diva's Shelly Nelson & Dionne Mitchell. Whilst the lounge plays host to Plastic Fondu and its bevy of djs hand selected as the pick of the new breed. 11. THE GALLERY pres ANJUNABEATS FRI 04TH JULY 2008 THE MINISTRY OF SOUND, LONDON Box: Anjunabeats and Oceanlab Album Launch Above and Beyond ( 3 hour set) Super 8 & DJ Tab Martin Roth Bar: Hosted by Anjunadeep Jaytech (album launch) Michael Cassette Finetaste James Grant Mark Landragan Baby Box: Hosted by Do You Like It Dirty Pauric Oliver Forster Victor von Gurk DJ Bubble Richie Day Lounge: Hosted by Krypto Sahin Meyer Teo Josh Chancer + Guest DJs Wow what an end to the month and a big thank you to all those who made it so! Hernan rocked it till 7 am in the Box with yet another jaw dropping, feet moving, body shaking bevy of tunage that has made him and continues to prove he is one of the best around. Serious madness was the order of the night with debutant Scarlett Etienne doing some serious audio damage before hand, living up to and going beyond the hype and press she continues a long line of female dj talent at The Gallery that share one thing in common; the ability to rock big time!!! Earlier proceedings saw Marcus James do his thing; a rare treat indeed and one of the true gentlemen of the scene he and his Renaissance brand still set the level others attempt to reach worldwide. The bar played host to a typical end of month session with Steve Lee in usual high spirits; much to the delight of the Gallery faithful. With Mass Recordings in the baby box; who continue to provide some of the best new talent around and resident Kieran Brindley tearing it up, the lounge was left to Prehab and their monthly run down of up and coming London talent. This coming Friday. The Gallery welcomes back Anjunabeats and Above and Beyond on Friday 4th July for another one of our massive collaboration nights and the first of its kind at Ministry of Sound. It is a very special Anjuna night with Oceanlab launching their eagerly anticipated album in the Box with an extended set from Above and Beyond whilst the Anjuna deep bar sees Jaytech launch his critically acclaimed album alongside an all star cast from the label. This year’s DJ Mag poll saw Above & Beyond climb once again to No.6 in the world and they’re certainly no strangers to us here at The Gallery having done their first ever Anjunabeats party on a week night way back when. For this outing we’re bringing the full spectrum of Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats label to Ministry of Sound, with the Box welcoming label bosses Above and Beyond and a bevy of other label talent whilst the bar is playing host to the trio’s increasingly popular Anjunadeep sub-label. Above and Beyond lead the proceedings tonight and continue to be an act in worldwide demand. Having climbed the Top 100 yet again, this only confirms the wide held belief that they’re one of the leaders in the trance scene having had another great year. Recent releases have included the acclaimed mix compilation Anjunabeats Volume 5, as well as tracks including ‘Tri State’, Home’, and ‘Good for Me / World on Fire’ proving time after time their reputation as leading producers and remixers of the trance sound. Having watched them and their label grow as well as host many of their early label nights we’re always excited to welcome the boys back to the place they call home in London and unleash them on that Box room for the first time!! Martin Roth is another producer / DJ to have made his debut at The Gallery and to go on to earn his spurs with several jaw dropping DJ sets at Gallery’s in days gone past. Enjoying a rich and varied discography and now with a slightly new ‘Nu Style’ twist to his sound, Martin is becoming an even more in demand name having remixed Paul van Dyk and released a bevy of new tracks in recent months. Always a regular over at Anjunabeats with his sound being used to great effect on remix duties he is invited to do his thing in the Box. Super 8 and DJ Tab have become regular and well loved faces here at The Gallery rocking main rooms whether it be alongside fellow label co-horts at Anjunabeats nights or alongside other world class lineups. The boys from Finland are welcome again as we get them to trance it right royally up to round off the Box lineup. Producers of anthems such as 'Helsinki Schorchin', 'Suru' and ' Worldwide' they are consistently brilliant both in the cd wallets of the biggest trance jocks and behind the 1's and 2's rocking dancefloors worldwide. The Bar welcomes the deeper tones of sub label Anjunadeep with headline action courtesy of Michael Cassette and Jay Tech. With releases such as ‘Zeppelin and David’ Michael Cassette has fast become one of the leading exponents of the deeper Anjuna sound and blew the room away on his last outing at a Gallery / Anjuna party way back in December 07. Jay Tech has been a name rapidly on the ascent with a string of big tunes including ‘Spacelift’ and ‘Essence’. Producing since he was 14 and hailing from Australia; Jaytech is certainly one not to miss as he continues to showcase his melodic sound across the globe winning plaudits and fans from all quarters. Launching his debut album "Everything is Ok" we are looking forward to checking out another future talent who is making a rapid rise to the top! Support comes from fellow producers Fine Taste and main man label boss James Grant Completing proceedings will be the Do U Like it Dirty crew who do exactly what they say on the tin with dj support from in the Baby Box, leaving Krakajax to funk up the Lounge. 10.30pm – late Ministry of Sound 103 Gaunt Street, London, SE1 6DP Tube: Elephant & Castle Contact: 020 7247 4121 // 020 7740 8627 // info@thegallery-club.co.uk Prices: NUS £12 // Members £12 £15 Advance // more on the door Advanced Tickets: www.ministryofsound.com/shop www.ticketweb.co.uk - 08700 600 100 www.viewtickets.co.uk www.clubtickets.com- 0870 246 2050 www.thegallery-club.co.uk www.ministryofsound.com/club www.myspace.com/thegalleryclubuk
  12. THE GALLERY FRI 27TH JUNE 2008 THE MINISTRY OF SOUND, LONDON Box: Hernan Cattaneo (4 Hour Set) Scarlett Etienne Marcus James Gavyn Mytchel Bar: Tall Paul Steve Lee Lynda Phoenix Dave Horne Baby Box: Hosted by Mass Recordings Calvertron (Twocker) Kieran Brindley Tim Priestley Jamie Wadman Migzy Tony Gates Tommy Mac Mikey Emery Francis Renato Lounge: Hosted by Prehab David Murtagh Gary Optim Rob Read Davor Kai Chuck Watts Vs Dean Lorel Lucy Arrowsmith We did warn you all that Friday was shaping up to be another mad Gallery session and with Marco V as master of ceremonies it certainly did not disappoint. Surely one of only a handful who can play extended dj sets bringing in the vast musical experience, taste and production discography that Marco cam. The man from Holland certainly left his mark in that Box! Ably assisted by long term Gallery regulars Remy and Klinkenberg who loved it and with Box debutant Markus Schossow who is going to be one of those names in 2008 believe us!! Tim Davison gave his excellent debut album the perfect launch in the Bar alongside Ashley Casselle whilst Plastic Fondu and Jeepers did their thing in the lounge and box respectively. The end of the month is here and having reached the half way mark of the year we turn our attention to one of The Gallery family of DJs who consistently move heaven and earth to turn out for us on a regular basis. We love each and every one of them and this week – Friday 27th June - it’s the turn of Gallery favourite and all round top bloke Hernan Cattaneo… who rolls into town to drop an exclusive 4 Hour Set. Get in! Ever since making his UK debut at The Gallery, Hernan has gone onto become one of the world’s biggest and most respected DJs. Now a regular fixture in DJ Mag’s Top 10 chart thingy, Hernan continues to support new talent with his critically acclaimed Renaissance series and regular appearances at the world’s leading festivals. It’s hard to believe his first UK gig ended up with him sleeping on Gallery resident Steve Lee’s couch!!! His recent Renaissance - Sequential Vol. 2 mix compilation further proved his worth whilst he continues to divide his time between the northern and southern hemisphere for half of the year respectively we are delighted he continues to make time for us at The Gallery. With a myspace message that reads “if you are here to chat me up then sod off!!” our second headliner is Scarlett Etienne. Having landed her first residency at New York City nightlife institution Sound Factory, she followed this with a residency at the Sullivan Room’s and for over two years maintained a monthly residency at the renowned Italian nightclub Alter-Ego, in Verona. A regular fixture the world over she has delighted packed dancefloors the world over from San Francisco to Athens to Moscow to Bombay. Productions including ‘Earsex’ and ‘Looselips’ continue to add fuel to the flames of excitement that surrounds Scarlett and she’s a welcome addition to our end of month extravaganza. Renaissance main man Marcus James joins The Gallery’s lovable rogue Gavyn Mytchel to ensure progression and musical excellence is assured for this sonic journey! The Bar meanwhile welcomes the Gallery’s head of family Tall Paul to smash the party-loving room to pieces, alongside other Gallery legend, the original Steve Lee to give it some of the more Balearic vibe. Rising talent Lynda Phoenix and Dave Horne round it off nicely a la bar. Mass Recordings are back and this month see's Calvertron headlining the babybox, Calvertron is one the big boys of electro right now, smashing all download charts under his own name and with his duo act Twocker. Also in the babybox with be Kieran Brindey who has busy in the studio with Calvertron; so expect a bevy of new productions to be getting a dam good airing. 13. ] SPIN OUT RECORDS HOSTS BABY BOX @ MINISTRY OF SOUND, LONDON. 24 MAY 2008. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE.... BABY BOX Si McEvoy & Gilly Caninesounds DKS Clay Hey & Reveal EJ Wagner Double D BOX Steve Angello Sebastian Ingrosso Henrik B HEY YOU!! It’s our second trip to Ministry of Sound to host the Baby Box and have we got a show in store for you. Last time we supplied the Ministry clubbers with a room to remember, with a fantastic DJing line up including fidget house duo Trevor Loveys & Affie Yusuf, the room was rocking all night and now we’re lined up to make it even better. We have a full domestic line up for this event, with Spin Out Artists, Residents and close friends on the DJ list. First up we have Si McEvoy, who you will probably know best for his remixes of The Gossip, Richard Dinsdale and Swain & Paris and also for his work at The White House in Clapham, celebrates his birthday on the night with a shared set with his close friend Gilly. They are sure to rock your socks off in true Spin Out style so make sure you’re down the front with your party poppers at the ready…. Next up we have our second Spin Out Residents and hosts of the Spin Out Sessions on Passion FM, Caninesounds. They have recently released a remix of Lutzenkirchen’s ‘Back In Time’ on Spin Out and are lined up to have a full single release later this year, they have gigs in Ibiza in the summer and their regular gigs for us here in the UK….. cor, they sure are having a good 2008 so far. Another Spin Out DJ for this event is our latest artist DKS aka Dan Smith. His track ‘Lick My Synth’ is due for release on Spin Out on 30th June 2008, with remixes from Justin Robertson, 2’s Company and Future Funk Squad. The track has already had major support from James Zabiela and Nic Fancuilli and is set to be on heavy rotation throughout many clubs this summer so make sure you’re around to check out his set and tune into the DKS sound. We are proud to welcome back to the decks Clay Hey & Reveal. They came to play for us at the last Ministry event and were so impressive we had to get them back again. Regular gigs at The White House and their all action approach to DJing has gaining them a reputation as one of the finest party starters around and we’re sure you’ll agree. Last but not least we have good friends EJ Wagner and Double D joining us on the decks once again. EJ Wagner has played for us before at our local gigs in Guildford and is now ready to play for us again, much to our delight. The Scot is full of charisma and it shows through his sets. Double D joins us for his debut Spin Out set which we are all licking are lips in anticipation for. This is going to be another night of music that is set to shake the building – guaranteed!!! Make sure you get in early so you don’t miss a beat: **** Save yourself some beer money – email full names to guestlist@spinoutrecords.co.uk for our £ 12 concessions guestlist **** PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINISTRY DOOR PRICE ON THE NIGHT IS £20 For more info see
  14. Spin Out Records Presents... March 15th 2008 Ministry of Sound, London 11:00pm - 06:00am £12 Concessions / £15 Door Baby Box (Spin Out Records) Trevor Loveys & Affie Yusuf Outmode Si McEvoy Canine Sounds Clay Hey FAQ DJs Box (Global Underground) Sharam (Deep Dish) Demi HEY YOU!! It’s the first ever Spin Out Records at the Ministry of Sound, yes that’s right we will be getting toe up at one of the world’s top clubs! And we have quite a party in store for you, in fact come along and sit still we dare you!! We will be making a very loud noise in order to celebrate our new home for 2008.. There will be music, drinking, wobbling, shaking, swinging (not that kind), popping, dropping and more excitement than a box of frogs. So come and swing your pants, or we will send the boys round to cut your toes off. First on the bill we have fidget house duo and Spin Out’s newest signing Trevor Loveys & Affie Yusuf. A new project for the two who have worked together on and off for years... so come and witness the storm for yourself. Trevor has been involved in various endeavors making wobbly noises since the late 90’s working under monikers such as House of 909, Switch, and Speaker Junk. He has also collaborated with some of the scenes top heavy-hitters including Sinden, Herve and Jesse Rose to name but a few. His current collab with Sinden is proving to be one of the biggest underground smashes of 2008...‘Organ Grinder’...an acid infused squelched up monster of a remake of DJ Shadow’s infamous Organ Donor. Trevor has now joined forces with old partner in crime Affie Yusuf, the pair have worked together on various projects including house collective ‘House of 909’ which eventually started their deeper offshoot label of the same name. Both from Bournemouth and both sharing the same destructive love of tearing down clubs across the land with jackin, mother-bastard basslines. With originals and remixes forthcoming on Spin Out in 2008 they are definitely one (well, two) to watch!! Next up we have underground house duo Outmode. The boys introduced themselves into the scene last summer with their first original production ‘True’, which went onto become Radio 1’s ‘One For One Music’ unsigned competition winner and also gained support from DJ heavyweights like Silicone Soul, Audiojack, Groove Armada, John Digweed and Nic Fanciulli to name but a few. The pair are now signed to Italian label Rebirth who boast the likes of Dusty Kid, Pilooski, Nu Frequency and Silver City among their roster. Outmode are currently in the studio working towards an album for release later in the year, and in the mean time look out for their second single due out on Rebirth in July. This month we also welcome some newcomers to our roster, namely Clay Hey and FAQ DJs. Many of you will know Clay from his endeavours at The White House and we thought he was so bloody great we’ve invited to come and represent for us. Clay's all action approach to DJing is fast-gaining him reputation as one of the finest party starters around. He’s joining the dots between house, breaks and electro - and using a jumbo marker to do it! Additionally FAQ DJs are represented by DJ SMF, hailing from New Zealand many of you may recognize him from The White House as well...and if any of you went to The Running of the Bulls last year in Pamplona...well you would’ve seen him DJ there too! From Clapham to Pamplona, ain’t DJing great? As always, joining the already packed roster are the Spin Out regulars, Si McEvoy and Caninesounds. Although they hardly need any introduction these days as they’re so closely associated with the label...its worth mentioning that Si has recently had his remix of The Gossip’s ‘Your Mangled Heart’ released on Back Yard, he’s also looking forward to further releases this year on Spin Out and his own label Trashfash. The Canines continue to tear it up hosting our weekly radio show, The Spin Out Sessions, and also look forward to their debut release on Spin Out this Spring!! Big things happening for all of these guys! For press and guestlist enquiries please contact joe@spinoutrecords.co.uk. For more info see

  20. This is probably one of the finest clubs I have been to in terms of layout, comfort, sound - everything. They have waiters that bring drinks to you, you can walk in and out freely once you payed your entrance fee, paul van dyk played there, as did lottie - I am sure more big names will follow. Imagine your favourite comfy coffee shop combined with the Republic - if we had it in england it would be more than packed every night.
