Just realised, whilst others have 2+ Welcome Newbie posts - I have none ! I am James. I am 31 (as of last November). I am not a fireman I have many friends I love clubbing I like Sundissential, Fabric, Brixton Academy, The Fridge, SE1 I like Hard Dance / Trance / House (pref. 160bpm+) I want to produce music hard n fast music I play with FruityLoops, Cubase, Soundforge and other tools in my spare time. My old studio was ed up by my ex so I'm still in 'setback mode' ! I have dabbled in mixing but don't have money right now to buy all the necessary vinyl ! After travelling to the best place on earth, Thailand, I want to travel more, and I want you all to come with me ! I love skiing more than any other holiday I have been to Ibiza several times and was getting a little bored of it - then I discovered sharing the experience with more and more people is exactly what it, and life, is all about - sharing experiences & expanding your mind I believe the single most important ingredient to success in life and all that you do is "confidence" If you have a gut feeling you are good at something or are onto a good idea my strongest advice would be NOT to listen to those people / obstacles trying to get in your way / put you down Surround yourself by like-minded friends Don't try to take on everything yourself - find people you can trust Showing and gaining trust is paramount It really IS about WHO you know NOT WHAT you know Too many things to list here but I will update this / my newbie post as and when I have time - I feel like i want to share my thoughts on many many things ...
