Parra for Cuva, whose real name is Nicolas Demuth, is a German electronic music producer and DJ born on August 27, 1991. Growing up near Göttingen, Germany, he started playing piano at age 11 and later explored jazz and hip-hop influences before moving to Berlin to study audio design. Under the moniker Parra for Cuva, inspired by Spanish and Portuguese words, he crafts a distinctive sound blending house, downtempo, and indie electronic elements. His breakthrough came with the 2013 cover of Chris Isaak's "Wicked Games," featuring Anna Naklab, which achieved international success. Since then, he has released several albums, including "Majouré," "Darwîś," "Paspatou," "Juno," and "Mimose," collaborating with various artists and further developing his globally-minded and atmospheric musical style.
