Rachel Auburn is a British fashion designer who also became a hard house and trance DJ and music producer. She gained international recognition as one of the first female DJs to play in China and for showcasing 1980s London club fashion in New York and Tokyo. In the 1990s, she transitioned into music, achieving UK chart success both under her own name and with the aliases Tidy Girls and Candy Girls. Auburn held residencies at notable clubs like Tidy Trax, Taboo, and Trade. She has her own record label and continues to produce dance music.
