Seb Fontaine, born Jean-Sebastien Douglas Fontaine, is an English electronic music producer and DJ. He began his DJ career in London, quickly gaining residency at The Fridge in Brixton in 1989. He went on to become a resident DJ at Cream and its Ibiza nights. In 2000, he joined BBC Radio 1 as a specialist dance DJ until 2004. Fontaine has released numerous mix albums and has also worked as a remix producer. He is associated with the brand Type, which he has used for club nights and album releases.
