In this week’s edition of Software Deals, you can save on Moog Moogerfooger plugins, Steinberg Nuendo, u-he’s awesome Prophet emulation, Baby Audio Transit 2, and more! Moog’s famous Moogerfooger line of analog effects boxes has sadly been discontinued for quite some time now. Luckily, the manufacturer created authentic software emulations of the most important Moogerfoogers, including the MF-101S Lowpass Filter, MF-103S 12-Stage Phaser, and MF-108S Cluster Flux. Thanks to virtual CV inputs, you can even cross-modulate between plugins. And now’s a great time to add them to your collection! All individual Moogerfooger Plugins are currently on sale, as are the Custom Bundles and the complete Moogerfooger bundle. You can also save on the awesome Moog Mariana bass synth... £481 Upgrades from £83 Crossgrade from qualifying product £298 steinberg.net All Digital Audio Workstations do essentially the same thing — let you record, create, produce and mix music. And while each has its own particular feature set, most can be categorised into one of two camps. On one side, we have the ‘traditional’ DAWs, conceptually similar to a pre-digital studio in which each stage and component in the recording process is a discrete entity – the synthesizer, the recorder, the mixing desk, and so on. DAW School - How To Use Cubase Over 8 hours of video tutorials Interactive videos Downloadable stems and project files Quizzes, tasks, and shareable projects I have purchased some of their other courses (about music theory) which are all excellent. I thought I mainly use Ableton Live now I think I will definitely purchase this new course as I sometimes use Cubase as well and never really nailed the UI & features. Also if you don't already follow Guy Michelmore (the founder) on YouTube I highly recommend you do so, he has some great content YouTube Channel: Guy Michelmore / ThinkSpaceEducation

Steinberg releases Navia Harp, a FREE HALion instrument by Sonic Atoms. When we think of the harp, it’s probably fair to say that words like beautiful, ethereal, and dreamy come to mind. While the sound of a harp is all those things, it’s also far more versatile than we might initially assume. £497 (upgrades from £85) Also available in Artist edition (£282 / upgrades from £68) and Elements edition (£85 / upgrades from £25) steinberg.net Alright, let’s get this out of the way: the number 13 has a lot of folklore attached to it, and you may expect us to joke about this when discussing the 13th edition of a product – riffs on “unlucky for some”, and any other number 13 references we can think of. But here, that ain’t gonna work. There’s nothing woeful or portentous in Steinberg’s Cubase 13; it’s just another stellar update to one of the longest-serving software titles in existence...
