its jus the commercial side of our music

 

at least our music is heard by more than jus us ravers and gives ppl an open mind on it

a majority of clubbers today prob heard them cds wen a teenager and got into it

 

we know its cheese but its what helps our industry along

it does make me laugh though when people are into this music and they're like

 

"yeah im a proper raver me - really like my hardcore"

 

i just smile and nod my head and keep on walking.

 

 

i don't have a problem with the CD's, because like someone said it gets the music out there to more people, except for the fact that they rip off so many classic tunes! they change the music behind them and slow them down, takes the piss it really does.

but its the commercial side to our industry and its the way to put themselves out there and the commercial side can be where the most money comes from too

i understand what ur saying dani, i really do. it's the people that buy these CD's and never end up liking the real quality side of the dance music that they also never hear because it is not what is played in clubs around here. i think that ought to be changed as well, if the local bars and clubs played not only the cheese AATW seel in their Clubland CD's....

domo nah i dissagree let the cheesy clubs play cheesy music else our clubs will go down the ban let the real djs play the real stuff and let who ever wants to buy the cds its all money into the industry at end of the day
