Tiesto - apologies

LoudSound would like to apologise to those people who had to wait for far too long to enter Alexandra Palace for Tiesto on Friday April 20th.

 

We can assure you the event had the correct staffing levels and that the operation used at the main entrance was one operated by the venue frequently.

 

We have discussed the matter at length with the venue management and the security contractor and have identified the problems that will be addressed for future shows at this venue.

 

It simply took too long to get the bulk of the audience in and whilst the problem was dealt with those people who had turned up early waited an unacceptable amount of time.

 

That said, we have been overwhelmed with the amazing response that we have had to what was an amazing and legendary show. The performance itself was truly incredible and the scale of production truly awesome.

 

As a good will gesture, all the loyal Tiesto fans who came to Alexandra Palace will be offered an exclusive pre sale at an exclusive price for the next event.
