Crazy Crazy music, we're talking like upwards of 150-160bpm some of it!

Though...I kinda got thrown out at the end of the night by the doorstaff for doing something a little silly -

 

The guy said Banned for life but lets not take that too seriously eh?

Right so I'm walking out of the club with a poster for the event that had been behind the DJ's - I asked for one at the end, as I'm rolling it up this bouncer comes up and takes it off me, I try to explain it was given to me by the DJ but he doesn't believe me so off I go to get my jacket. I'm slightly annoyed at both the fact that he had to take it off me in the first place (no good reason to do so) and that he refused to believe me, so as I walk past him and another bouncer I (being somewhat drunk and a little bit reckless) stick my middle finger up in his direction over my shoulder - and the next thing I know I'm getting escorted out in a fashion more suited to some violent nutter, not good 'ol me

 

So what I did was a bit stupid and I was probably asking for a telling off considering the fact that most doorstaff will have to deal with a lot of [censored] throughout the night and probably can't quite be bothered with some guy giving them some attitude but I would still say the reaction was somewhat over the top, plus I do not think for a second it's fair to say to a good customer and clubber like myself "You're banned for life"

 

But hey....I AM going back no matter what

 

plus I know a member of the doorstaff there and she says she will sort it out bless her

 

So now you know!

The Arches isn't a bad wee (or big I suppose!!) venue for a night out either, had some good ones there myself! Bouncers usually not too bad but by the end of the night they can be a bit arsey!!

 

Sure they'll have more pressing issues to bother about next time u go than folk who gave them the finger!! They've had worse, in fact, think may have been a bit abusive in my time as well - can develop a bit of a mouth when I think something's unfair, especially after a wee glass of sherry or two!!!
