I think I've forgotton how, only had four hours sleep for the past 2 nites but I've been lying in bed for a few hours now and I can't seem to sleep.

Seriously though, I have heard that it is supposed to help cos of the endorphines that are released help you relax. Stressed about Uni assignment that is due in 2mo and thought I mite actually get sum sleep so I could finish it half conscious but think I mite just vvork on it thru the nite instead now.

probably the best option - keep going until you feel tired (no point lying in bed worrying about it) and then get an hour or so kip to keep you going tomorrow
